More than a decade ago, I launched Lily Turner Media with one goal: help organizations tell compelling stories through thoughtful design, strategic marketing, and high-quality visual content. What began as a creative production company has evolved into a broader creative consulting practice that combines branding, communications, operations, and business strategy.
Throughout my career, I've worked across economic development, manufacturing, nonprofit leadership, hospitality, and media production, partnering with organizations to build brands, strengthen stakeholder relationships, execute large-scale events, and create content that connects with people.
I believe the best creative work happens when strategy comes first. Whether I'm directing a video shoot, producing an event, redesigning a brand, or building a communications plan, my focus is always the same: create work that is meaningful, authentic, and delivers results.
